Returns an Exchanges

 THERE ARE NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.Exchanges or Store Credit ONLY-

  1. Non-Returnable: All sales of Gift Cards. E-gift certificates and Jewelry are final unless subject to distance selling or other applicable regulations. Non-Returnable items (Items discounted per sale promotions) are non-exchangeable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
  2. Sale Merchandise: Sale merchandise purchases may be canceled within 5 days of the order or returned, as described below, within 10 days of receipt of the item in accordance with applicable distance selling regulation. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned (see above).
  3. ALL body jewelry and toe rings are final, no exceptions.
  4. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (no scratches, bending, missing stones, tarnished spots, etc.) and must be accompanied by the original purchase documents and receipts.  AND must be shipped in original or comparable packaging. (Items received in less than comparable packaging will not be considered for exchange or store credit). All items will be inspected upon return.
  5. Exchanges are final; request for multiple exchanges will not be granted.
  6. SuperSilver.Com will not be responsible for return shipping costs and will only grant exchange request once the item is received in store and inspected for original quality.  

**Natural variation in stone consistency and color**- There may be some variation from stone color and pattern than seen in the online photo.
